Our unique over-winter carrot program utilizes “natural storage”, by allowing fresh carrots to hibernate in the ground over the winter months. These extra sweet carrots are harvested in the spring, providing our customers with freshly dug locally grown carrots from March through June!
Our state of the art packaging equipment can package carrots in “pillow style” package that can reduce the amount of plastic used vs. conventional carrot packaging.
